What we do

• Heating. Furnace repair and replacement sized by heat loss calculation. Oversized furnaces short cycle, waste fuel and leave the rooms furthest from the ducts cold while the thermostat reads satisfied.
• Cooling. Summers here are humid enough that latent load matters. A system that only chases temperature leaves the house cool and sticky.
• Ductwork. Frequently the actual limit. Ducts sized for heating airflow are often undersized for cooling, and the result is weak airflow upstairs no amount of new equipment will fix.
• Maintenance. Combustion checks before the cold, coil and drain service before the heat. Pao Card would rather find a failing part in September than at minus ten.
